Rosenberger North America is proud to release the newly updated Lithos® Semi-Rigid Cable Assembly Catalog, reflecting our expanded manufacturing capabilities, enhanced characterization processes and a broader range of bend radiuses for today’s increasingly complex RF and microwave applications.

Building on the strengths of our previous catalog, the new Lithos® integrates significant improvements in manufacturing flexibility, precision and customer-specific design support, ensuring our Lithos® technology continues to set the industry benchmark for semi-rigid cable performance.

 

What’s New in the Updated Catalog

The new Lithos® catalog incorporates several key enhancements compared to the prior revision, including:

Expanded bend radius capabilities

Our updated manufacturing processes now support a greater variety of bend radiuses, including options for assemblies requiring multiple radiuses or very tight geometries. This gives customers increased design flexibility and supports more intricate routing requirements. 

Clockwise and counterclockwise bend manufacturing

The ability to control bend direction enables more precise cable layout in constrained environments. 

Support for two different radiuses within the same assembly

This enhancement allows engineers to achieve complex paths while maintaining optimal performance characteristics. 

Broader coverage of standard bend radiuses, plus custom options

From .047" to .25" cable types, the catalog outlines updated standard radiuses with additional large-radius options, along with full flexibility for customer-requested custom bends.

Phase-matching expertise

Our process supports phase matching in pairs, absolute configurations, or large lots, with the ability to achieve < ±1 picosecond depending on geometry. 

Turn‑key design support

Customers can leverage Rosenberger’s engineering team to design complex routing paths based on provided cabinet or enclosure drawings.
